With regard to online purchases through Gracienne.com, we will fully refund your money (less the cost of shipping) or exchange unworn merchandise when presented with the original sales receipt. Merchandise that has been worn or damaged by customer use will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that does not fulfill our return policy requirements. Refunds will be granted in the same form of payment as the original purchase within 15 days of original date of delivery.

Packages lost or stolen during the return shipping process will not be considered for reimbursement. We do recommend using a reputable company such as UPS for your return shipping to insure that your package is properly tracked.
